Ceasar Salad Dressing

3/4 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic

Marinate for 3 days.

Into a blender, add:

Oil, garlic
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3-1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 can anchovies, mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pepper to taste

Blend well

Prepare romaine salad with croutons.  Shake dressing well; add to the salad and toss.  Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
