I had this restaurant on my list, which I collected from Frommers on line. Several of us enjoyed their grilled chicken sandwich. They have a great herring buffet, prepared 10 different ways. Copenhagen is not cheap, which is probably why most of us ordered the sandwich. Their smørrebrød is pretty pricey, but typical of Copenhagen.
